Section 8
Land To Be Occupied
The District Forest Officer may take possession of such house and land after issuing a notice to the effect that the amount of compensation is determined pursuant to Sub-section (2) of Section 6 , and with effect from such date such house and land shall belong to the Government of Nepal.
